The Introduction of Nano Insulation Board
The nano insulation board takes the raw materials with lightweight and low thermal conductivity of inorganic nano SiO2 and ceramic fibers, using the aluminum foil with high reflectivity as the bottom material. It adopts a single-layer composite structure and continuous coating process. Its thermal conductivity is smaller than that of static air, and its insulation performance is about 4-6 times better than traditional insulation materials, it is the better insulation material so far.
Compared to traditional insulation materials, nano insulation boards can save a lot of energy because of the ultra-low thermal conductivity. Taking a pipeline with a pipe diameter of 150mm and a temperature of 600 degrees Celsius as an example. Each meter of pipeline saves 1400 kilowatt hours of electricity annually when using a thickness of only one-third of traditional mineral wool.
