Burner Selection: We offer 5 series of fully oxygen combustion burners with over 28 different specifications and models. Based on the customer’s combustion conditions and process requirements, we will recommend a suitable burner that fits your combustion needs.

We can provide customers with various mature fully oxygen combustion burners, including the following series:

  • HR series with a flat flame
  • AL-VM series with variable momentum
  • Low-momentum, low-NOX series with a multi-layer structure
  • Duct series for duct heating applications
  • LANCES series for localized combustion needs

Our burners are capable of adapting to various fuels, including natural gas (NG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), heavy oil, coal tar, light diesel, petroleum coke, coke oven gas, shale gas, and more.

Oxygen Full Burner Application Field

The application domains encompass a variety of industrial kilns such as those used in glass kiln , ceramics, metallurgy, cement rotary kilns, incineration, and other related sectors.

Flow Range: The available flow range spans from 0.1 to 14 MMBTU, with incremental values of 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 MMBTU.

Oxygen Purity: Our offerings include oxygen purity levels ranging from 90% to 99.9%.

Complementary Burner Components: We also supply corresponding components for burners, including metal hoses, connectors, one-way valves, igniters, flame detection elements, burner blocks, and a variety of sealing gaskets.

Routine Maintenance

  1. (Daily) Inspection items for each operation group: checking flame shape, including length, width, thickness, flame brightness, and uniformity, checking seal condition around the burner body and the existence of overheat sections; checking the conditions of the burner body and burner blocks; checking the conditions of the gas supply pipeline.
  2. Weekly operation items: the specific frequency and content are determined according to the actual situation of the factory. It is recommended that the frequency be once a week. Checking and cleaning the main oxygen nozzle hole of the burner block (through the convenient inspection hole), pulling out the fuel nozzle, and checking the status of the internal nozzle (conditions of burning loss, connection, and ash accumulation).
  3. Monthly operation items: checking the leakage of each sealing link; removing the inner fuel effuser of the fuel nozzle; cleaning and maintaining. (Eliminating carbon and ash accumulation, replacing if necessary.)
